The Washington Post recently ran an article entitled “Meet the 150 companies in the D.C. area with the highest ratings from their employees”. In the Article, Falken Industries was listed first among small companies.
The Washington Post commends Falken Industries for our commitment to returning veterans. For many returning veterans, Falken is their first job after returning from overseas. Falken goes above and beyond to help these proud American heroes transition back into civilian life by offering them a good job that leaves them time to pursue a degree, and fully integrate back into civilian life.
Even after finding employment elsewhere, many of Falkens employees return to Falken to work part time to supplement their income.
With the risks we face today, commercial, and public buildings understand the need to have well trained security personnel on site. Fallen Industries provides that by hiring military veterans, and continues to supplement their abilities with additional training.
Falken Industries understands that our employees our the face of our company. In order for our company to be good, our employees need to be the best. And in order for our employees to be the best, they need to be happy, and treated properly. Employees that enjoy their job are said to be 12% more productive. We feel that keeping our employees happy not only makes them more productive, it also helps them be more vigilant, and show greater responsibility. An employee who enjoys their job is also more likely to be courteous while at work, and in our business, that counts for a lot.
For a good job to help transition from overseas campaigns back into civilian life, returning veterans know to come to Falken Industries for a job that utilizes their particular set of skills, and helps all of us sleep better at night. For the best trained, most competent security professionals, Washington DC knows to call Falken Industries.
